The Portuguese Gas Association (APEG) hereby discloses its Privacy Policy so that you know your rights, as well as the way we collect your data and how we use it.
APEG is the data controller of all personal information, therefore defining which data are collected, how are handled and the purpose for which are collected.

Personal information requested at each time will be treated for the purposes indicated at the time of collection.
APEG's suppliers and/or service providers are contractually obligated to the same personal data treatment’s terms and conditions as APEG, and are prohibited to use, transfer, disclose or register personal information of data subjects for other purpose than the one for what they were assigned.
As there are no specific legal obligation, your data will be treated only during the necessary time frame to fulfil the purpose that motivated its collection and while legitimate grounds justify their storage by APEG.
APEG ensures the applicability and enforcement of the data subject rights foreseen in the Portuguese Data Protection Regulation in force.
